These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the education and mentoring services provided by Self Mastery Circle ("Business") through its online offering, including the private Discord community ("Services"). By accessing or using the Website or Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.Description of Services:
a. The Business provides education and mentoring services through its online platform, which includes a private Discord community for members.
b. The Services may include access to educational materials, discussions, mentorship sessions, and other resources.Membership and Payment:
a. Membership to the private Discord community is available to individuals who have registered and paid the applicable fees.
b. Payments for the Services are renewed automatically on the same day each month for monthly plans or on the same day each year for annual subscriptions.
c. Payment processing is facilitated through Chargebee, using Stripe as the payment processor.
d. By providing your payment information, you authorize the automatic renewal of your subscription and acknowledge that your payment details will be stored securely by Chargebee and Stripe.Cancellation and Refunds:
a. You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the cancellation process outlined by the Business.
b. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the Services if you cancel your subscription before the end of the billing cycle. Unless required by law.User Responsibilities:
a. You agree to use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and any actions taken under your account.
c. You agree not to share or distribute any content from the Services without prior written consent from the Business.
d. You agree not to engage in any activities that may disrupt or harm the Services or other users.Intellectual Property:
a. The Business retains all intellectual property rights to the Services, including but not limited to content, materials, and trademarks.
b. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any intellectual property owned by the Business without prior written consent.Disclaimers:
a. The Business makes no guarantees regarding the outcomes or results of the Services.
b. The Services are provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind.
c. The Business is not responsible for any actions, decisions, or consequences resulting from your use of the Services.Limitation of Liability:
a. To the extent permitted by law, the Business shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
b. The total liability of the Business, regardless of the cause of action, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the Services.Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Amendments:
a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
b. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.
c. The Business reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. Such modifications, updates, or amendments shall be effective upon posting on the Business's website.
